Free Third Thursdays at California Historical Society | SF

Explore the current exhibitions for free from 5 pm-8 pm on the third Thursday of every month, as part of the Yerba Buena neighborhood’s Third Thursday program.

California Historical Society will be free all day on February 20th as part of Culture for Community: Black History in the Yerba Buena neighborhood. Explore the current exhibitions, join for a docent-led tour, and stay for the Curator Swap.

This February, ten Yerba Buena arts and cultural organizations are coming together to offer free admission in celebration of Black History Month, marking the first Culture for Community free day in 2020.

Culture for Community is a unique group of Yerba Buena district institutions coming together in the spirit of community building and collaboration.
