Free BART, Caltrain, Samtrans & Ferry Tickets | Peninsula

Tired of your long and lonely car commute to or from San Mateo County? Interested in public transportation options, but never taken the time to try it?

Just fill out the short Free Tickets Order Form and Commute.org will mail you free tickets from the transit agency of your choice (subject to availability and qualification).

Am I eligible for free tickets?
If you’re over 18, live or work in San Mateo County, do not currently use public transportation to commute to work, and have not received Commute.org’s Try Transit tickets (of any kind) from the program in the past, you could be eligible for a free ticket on BART, SamTrans, Caltrain, or San Francisco Bay Ferry (SSF).

What do you get?
Subject to availability and eligibility, you get to choose from:

• Caltrain – Up to 3 round trip tickets
• BART – $9 value ticket
• Samtrans – Up to 6 one way tickets
• San Francisco Bay Ferry – Oakland/Alameda to South San Francisco –  2 round trip tickets (Wednesdays they go to SF as well)

Please note that this offer is for one Try Transit request, per person, one time only.
