Kick off CUESA’s monthly farmer’s market pop-ups at The Yard at Mission Rock and the opening of local boutique, Park and Pond. Enjoy a free Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class with certified yoga instructor, Diana Gradstein of The Mobile Mat, from 11 to noon.
Free, but an RSVP is required.
This outdoor class will be overlooking the gorgeous San Francisco Bay. Please bring your own mat.
They will also will have a trunk show with Scents of San Francisco candles, plus all registered participants of the yoga class will receive a goody bag when they check in at Park and Pond. That means goodies from The North Face, Peet’s Coffee, Anchor Brewing, Proposition Chicken, The Whole Beast, Senor Sisig, Off The Grid bus, and Park and Pond.
