Free Yoga 101

In this workshop you will learn:

– how to safely move through yoga postures, with modifications.
– learning to listen to your body and breath.
– how to focus your mind to make this a moving meditation, the flow of yoga, the yoga flow.

All are welcome. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and hand towel, or rent from the front desk upon check-in.
