Free Yoga Weekend | Berkeley

Join a two day open house with free yoga classes and giveaways at Adeline Yoga in Berkeley on April 19-20, 2013.

Friday will feature an Iyengar yoga evening celebration with demos and live chanting. Saturday is a full day of free yoga classes and a pop-up yoga parklet with giveaways, yoga demos, free henna tattoos and free dessert and chai bar.

Celebrate Iyengar Yoga: April 19, 2013, 6–9pm

• Yoga the Iyengar Way with Manouso Manos. Manouso is one of the most capable and experienced of the Senior Iyengar Yoga Teachers. He holds one of only two Advanced Senior certificates granted worldwide by B.K.S. Iyengar.

• Experience the Yoga Sutras – Live Chanting
