Event Details

With its talent and passion for the rich cultural heritage of Mexico and Cuba, the band Cascada de Flores has elicited an extraordinary response from diverse audiences, media and fellow musicians. In addition to exquisite, emotive guitar melodies, much of their repertoire features vocal harmonies that hark back to the golden age of song in Mexico and Cuba and the music of Las Hermanas Padilla, Mendoza, and the duo of María Teresa Vera and Lorenzo Hierrezuelo.

Plus special poetry and music presentation “Olmecas in the Flowers”
