Every third Thursday of the month come out to the Lookout for Full-Frontal Comedy Showcase at The Lookout in the Castro.
It’s the new comedy with a touch of drag variety show all the kids are talking about hosted by comics Valerie Branch and Yuri Kagan.
Entrance is a suggested donation of $5. A portion of proceeds go to Margaret Cho’s #BeRobin project to help San Francisco’s homeless.
April’s Full-Frontal features your hosts Valerie Branch and Yuri Kagan. This is a show not to miss with headliner Paco Romane, was twice voted “Best Comedian” by the San Francisco Weekly and San Francisco Bay Guardian, and he recently recorded his first Live Comedy CD, Shaped Like a Thumb. Paco has appeared on Comedy Central, NPR, Nickelodeon, and is a critically acclaimed an award-winning comedian and filmmaker in addition to being an actor, director, writer, musician, and producer.
Karinda Dobbins To date, she has appeared at the Bridgetown Comedy Festival; featured at Bay Area comedy clubs the Punch Line and Cobb’s; opened for Michael Che, Greg Proops and W. Kamau Bell. Karinda made her prime-time national television debut on Coast-to-Coast Episode 1 on NickMom Night Out.
Special guest Jane Harrison is also popping by.
