Event Details

It is possible to experience the full power of a soothing sound bath, online. Let your worries drift away as soothing drones and ethereal melodies invite into your deepest state of consciousness.

We’re creating a monthly sound meditation gathering for community on the full moon— and your first one is free.

This is a time to practice self-care and compassion— to travel inwards and release any stories that no longer serve.

This experience feels like a private sound bath in your room. Rich and resonant instruments are captured in high quality audio by lifetime sound healing practitioner Guy Douglas.

Float way to the soothing drones of Paiste gongs, the ethereal melody of Native American Flute, the gentle chimes of vibraphones and so much more.

January 28th, 9pm PST

This event will be presented on our virtual sound bath platform— www.soundmeditationpresents.com. We’re an online sound healing sangha that delivers the very highest quality audio— a pocket sanctuary you can access anytime. This community is made possible by our members at $16 a month.

*This Jan 28th event is a free offering for community to share the power of these sounds*.

~ How to Prepare~

1.) Yes, you can experience the full power of a sound bath online. Some say it’s even better because you get to lay in your own bed, stretch around if you want to, and you don’t have to rush anywhere afterwards : )

2.) Great headphones are the key. You can also listen on good speakers. We’ve made a list of headphone recommendations posted in the discussion.

3.) Create your nest. We suggest laying on your bed! Put a pillow underneath your head, and one underneath your knees if you have low back issues.

4.) Cover your eyes with an eye pillow or sleep mask to go deeper.

5.) Invite a sense of ritual…light a candle, or use some essential oils.

6.) (optional) Drink some relaxing tea before you tune in. Chamomile, lavender, kava, holy basil are all good options.

It can feel nice to stretch before a sound meditation. The more comfortable you are on the journey, the deeper you will go.

We hope this offering brings you a sense of peace and connection. Wishing you well~
