Gabriela Alemán’s “Poso Wells” English Novel Debut | City Lights Books

City Lights Publishers is celebrating a new novel in translation from Ecuadorian author Gabriela Alemán––her first novel in English, Poso Wells—with a book party at City Lights Bookstore.

The author is coming all the way from her home base of Quito, Ecuador to take part in this event. She’ll be in conversation with fellow Ecuadorian Mauro Javier Cardenas, acclaimed author of The Revolutionaries Try Again, and her translator, Dick Cluster.
