CANCELLED: Garden Volunteer Workparty “Kezar Triangle” | Golden Gate Park

> EVENT UPDATE: This event is no longer taking place.

Volunteer at this recently opened community garden in Golden Gate Park. Working in collaboration with the Recreation and Parks Department, the community, and the San Francisco Parks Alliance, Miller Company Landscape Architects transformed an under-utilized space into a meadow oasis crisscrossed by walking paths. The site features a “Plot to Grow Art,” encircled by a woven fence of willow boughs.

A wide range of gardening tasks is available. Light refreshments provided. Please wear closed toed shoes, long pants and layers. The event will occur rain or shine.

Please RSVP to recparkvolunteer@sfgov.org.

And always check the Parks & Rec Calendar to make sure event is taking place this month.
