Giant Swap & Skill Share Festival: Free Food & Quirky Classes | Berkeley

Generosity Street hosts a Skill Share and Swap at the Berkeley Public Library in downtown Berkeley on Saturday, January 25, 2014.

They’re offering 20 minute workshops with local presenters to include topics like Veggie Juicing, Stop-Go Meditation and Food Fermentation at Home.

Skill Share Schedule

• 10:30 am: Mikasha Method: Clearing Anxiety through Voice with Veenaa
• 11 am: Food Fermentation at Home with Sepi
• 11:30 am: Stop-Go: Meditation in Movement with Sue
• Noon: Opening Yourself to Receive with Adamma
• 12:30 pm: Veggie Juicing: Re-Alkalize Your Way to Optimal Health with Dr. Nicki
• 1 pm: Planning and Leading Effective Gatherings with Betsy

They’re also offering fresh food and treats, a free raffle with local goods, and an Everything Swap Table, so bring your knickknacks, clothes, art supplies, handmade goods and homemade foods for the swap.
