Symphony Outdoor Concert | Golden Gate Park

There’s a lot of free live music in San Francisco but the Golden Gate Park Band has been doing it for possibly longer than anyone else.

In its 129th season, the 30-member orchestra, all clad in their bright red suits, are giving free concerts in Golden Gate Park every non-rainy Sunday at 1 pm from April through October.

Most concerts are at 1 pm on Sunday (except where noted) at the Speckles Temple of Music on the Music Concourse, in between the DeYoung Museum and the Academy of Arts in Golden Gate Park.
