Golden Gate Park Sunday Roller Disco Party (SF)

There is a place in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park that is heaven for Bay Area inline skaters and roller skaters who like to boogie to the funky beat on wheels.

The Godfather of Skate brings his mobile DJ unit and plays groovy tunes for you to skate to. On most Sundays, there’s usually someone willing to teach you a few choreographed roller disco dance moves.

Golden Gate Park Sunday Roller Disco Party (SF)

Like they do every Sunday in Golden Gate Park, it’s a daytime outdoor roller disco party on New Year’s Eve from 1-5pm. Afterwards, around 6pm, The Godfather of Skate, will be heading down to the Embarcadero to set up in front of Cupid’s Span for a nighttime roller disco that will take you up until fireworks.
