Event Details

Groundfloor’s signature talk series, “The Grounding”, features speakers and topics meant to bring you home to yourself and others. We invite you into a collective, caring, and brave space for discussion, connection, and knowledge sharing. In this edition, we will explore “Navigating Uncertainty”….hearing from Architecting Curiosity’s team, Monica, Pim, & Anthony on how curiosity is the compass we must all learn to follow. We’re thrilled to have the entire Architecting Curiosity team with us for this special time, as they are launching their first self-paced class, Beyond Certainty. We invite you to stay after the talk to celebrate this launch and chat with the team.

About the speakers:

Anthony Rocco is a Groundfloor member and formerly a part of The Latitude Society, for which he appears in Priya Parker’s Art of Gathering. He is an experience designer and strategist, most recently leading an executive leadership team summit in NYC.

Pim Schachtschabel is one of the co-creators of the world-famous escape room Sherlocked. He is an experience designer and facilitator, most recently leading the Ecole Intuit Lab in Mumbai.

Monica Canfield-Lenfest is a facilitator of transformation and an event producer most recently helping bring to life The Compassionate Leadership Summit in Dharamsala, India.

Ning Recio is a Groundfloor member and Bay Area native who’s passionate about building community. A voice actor, speaking coach, and singer/songwriter, Ning loves to bring forth the vibrant and rich stories of our shared experiences. She’ll be moderating this evening’s discussion.
