Greens Celebration and Cooking Demos | Ferry Building

Collards, dandelion greens, spinach, kale, and chard…oh my! So many greens in the market right now, do you have a favorite?

10am to 1:00pm –  CUESA is celebrating greens by serving them up juiced and raw for mixing and tasting. Come to the CUESA kitchen and make your own signature green juice blend using fresh greens, ginger, and citrus. While you are there, pick up some of our favorite greens recipes and our Ferry Plaza Farmers Market green guide.

11am – Dmitry Elperin of The Village Pub will demo his best greens recipe.
11:45am – Chef Rayek, a Raw Foods Chef and Instructor will demo raw greens recipes.
