The “Off the Grid” Food Truck Party returns for its second season this Friday at Fort Mason Center on Friday, March 18, 2011 after a four month hiatus.
Not only is OtG back, but it’s bigger than ever with 30 different vendors (up from 22 last year), an extra hour of service (5pm to 10pm), tons of tents for coverage from the elements, Alembic Bar & Magnolia Brewery are running the bar, plus live bands from 6pm to 10pm including Goucho Gypsy Jazz
- March 18, 2011 Vendor Highlights: Hapa SF, Kung Fu Tacos, Chairman Bao, Namu, Cupkates, Happy Dumplings, Picca Picca and tons more.
- New vendors for 2011:Wow Truck, JapaCurry, Brass Kuckle, Zombie Curry, Peter’s Kettle Corn, Sataysfied and Masubi Kings
Off the Grid
A mobile food adventure hits Friday nights in the Fort Mason Center parking lot. Off The Grid brings a diverse group of mobile food vendors, with music, to the Marina neighborhood. Enjoy such delights as the Chairman Bao Bun Truck, Kung Fu Tacos, El Porteno Empanadas, Curry Up Now, and Chaac Mool, plus live music and a bar!Participating vendors change every week, but may include: AdoboHobo, Azalina’s Malaysian, Chaac Mool Yucatecan cuisine, Chairman Bao Bun Truck, Creme Brulee Cart, Curry Up Now, El Huarache Loco, El Porteno Empanadas, Global Soul, Gobba Gobba Hey, Hapa SF, Kung Fu Tacos, Onigilly, Seoul On Wheels Korean BBQ, and Senor Sisig.
