Lower Haight Food & Beer Fest | Peacock Lounge

Get your food and drink on at the elusive Peacock Lounge in the Lower Haight as part of benefit party for the 30+ neighbors left homeless by a huge apartment fire at Fillmore and Haight last Tuesday.

The final details of the event are still being ironed out, but for a $10 donation at the door you’ll get treated to music, complimentary food and possibly even a free drink. RSVP to this event.

• Food by Memphis Minnie’s, Wing Wings, Chilli Cha Cha, Rotee, Rosamunde, and more.
• Beer courtesy of Mad Dog in the Fog, cocktails from the Peacock Lounge bar
• A raffle of amazing prizes donated by local businesses (Gift certificates to Idle Hand Tattoo, Uva Enoteca, and Three Twins, gift packs from Booksmith and Method, chocolates from Nosh This, gift certificates for free massages and acupuncture from Thriving Life Wellness, art prints from Lower Haters, a VIP prize from Blackbird, and lots more.) – Tix are $3
• Three Twins, back doing what they do best — scooping ice cream

So here’s your chance to get stuffed, see the inside of this iconic and rarely-open neighborhood bar, but more importantly to help the victims of the fire rebuild their lives.
