GOOD Magazine Healthy Hour: Trivia, Workout & Free Gift Bags | SF

GOOD SF invites you to take a break from the bustle for a healthy hour – an evening to recharge and reconnect with San Francisco locals over trivia, full-body exercises, and healthy snacks and beverages on July 9, 2013.

Free, but an RSVP is required.

Grab something comfy to wear (this healthy hour will get your moving) and prepare for a full mind and body reload.

Healthy Hour Schedule:

6-6:30 pm: Meet and greet – Come and meet the locals; GOOD SF is a community full of awesome people – stop by and say hello.

6:30-7 pm: Team Trivia – Health-related trivia to get the mind moving. Are you a trivia champ? There will be great prizes from Kitchit and Calvin Klein Performance for the winners – so bring your best game.

7-8 pm: Healthy Hour – After we’ve worked the mind, it’s time to work the body. Healthy Hour will kick off with a 30-minute full-body exercise routine that you can use at the office or home to help recharge and will wrap up with a session on healthy eating addressing questions like “How much is a serving, anyway?”

All participants will also leave with a free gift bag of on-the-go exercise routines, healthy 5 min. recipes, and samples of healthy snacks and beverages.

You will also receive 20% off full-priced items at Calvin Klein Performance that day.
