Event Details

Join in on a Glen Canyon Park hike on May the 5th.

The meeting place is outside the Glen Park BART station entrance. From there you walk towards Glen Canyon Park. It is a city park that occupies about 70 acres along a deep canyon adjacent to the Glen Park, Diamond Heights, and Miraloma Park neighborhoods. It has a nice uphill climb.

After exploring the park you will walk down Portola Drive to explore Mount Davidson, at 927 feet, it’s the highest point in San Francisco. This 40 acre park has expansive views so hope for some sunshine. Then you’ll be on our way to Ocean Avenue to the Ocean Avenue Ale House. The owner Myles assured they will be celebrating Cinco de 5-Mile-Oh.

This is an A to B and will not go back to Glen Park Bart but the Balboa Park Bart is very close to the Ale House.
