WordPress 3.5 Party: Bloggers, Geeks, Pizza & Drinks | SoMa

WordPress, the blogging software that FunCheapSF is built on is hosting a December meetup  with pizza and drinks for all WordPress nerds.

Please note, this event isn’t intended just for freeloaders to come eat and drink, but if you’re using wordpress and want to chat about 3.5 – then RSVP and come on down.

We decided that we want to see your smiling faces one more time before the year ends, so we’re going to have a less formal-than-usual meetup on December 21st (this Friday). We’ll have pizza and drinks, as usual. There won’t be a formal presentation; instead, hopefully everyone can get a chance to meet some new people and chat about any WordPress questions or projects on your mind. WordPress 3.5 was released last week, and while everyone should have updated already we’ll have some people around to help answer any questions or fix any problems you’ve found.

• Coincidentally, Friday is also the day that the world will supposedly end, so you might as well go out talking about open source software.
• We’ll be at the usual time and place: 6pm at Automattic’s mission office (2601 Mission St. #900)
