Hyatt Regency San Francisco New “Summer Sips” Cocktail Party

Join the Hyatt Regency San Francisco at Eclipse Kitchen + Bar to taste their new ‘Summer Sips at Eclipse’ cocktail menu, created in partnership with the Bay Area’s own Gold Bar Distillery. Weaving in the flavors of the season with the iconic hotel’s classic aesthetic, the selection of three distinct cocktails brings together the unique features that make the city a special place to explore and enjoy. 

In partnership with Gold Bar Distillery to draw in even more of the local features that make the city a vibrant place to live and visit, Hyatt Regency San Francisco has launched a special ‘Summer Sips at Eclipse’ cocktail menu through the end of August. The three specialty drinks have been crafted around Gold Bar’s Whiskey Blended 80, Double Casked 92, and the Pacific House Gin Seaside 86. Taste the twist on a classic Manhattan, try the Golden Gate Noir, for a San Francisco take on a Vesper, ask for the Cable Car Twist, and for a fun rendition of a Blackberry Sour, choose a Berries by the Bay.
