Did someone say “dirty sauce”? Other than cable cars, sea lions and crappy weather Ike’s Place is one of San Francisco true icons, a hella-tasty sandwich shop on 16th Street in between the Mission and Castro with a zillion combinations of yum. 

How famous is Ike’s? Ike’s was featured on  Travel Channel’s Man vs. Food, was named one 7×7’s 100 Things to Eat Before You Die, and has been written up in The New York Times.
