Amoeba Music: Free In-Store Mini Concerts

Amoeba Music regularly welcomes traveling and local artists for in-store performances at their San Francisco and Berkeley locations.

Hear your favorite artists for free often right before they hit the stage elsewhere in the Bay Area.

Amoeba SF welcomes local darlings Mayya & The Revolutionary Hell Yeah for a special live performance in celebration of their new release, Open Minds Open Minds.

Diminutive in stature, gargantuan in spirit, Mayya was born in Russia and grew up in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco. She is inspired by David Bowie, Gogol Bordello, Iggy Pop, George Harrison, and pretty much anything with a funky energetic vibe and good melodies.

Her band is comprised of San Francisco natives Spencer Owings on lead guitar, Evan Anderson on bass, Sam Jones on drums, and Alex Pollack on percussion.
