Join App Studio on the first stop of the Think Beyond Ink Tour, a series of free, half-day events that will focus on creating apps for iPad, iPhone, Kindle Fire, and Android devices. If you are interested in creating apps and/or are a graphic designer already using InDesign and QuarkXPress, this event is for you.
App Studio’s expert designers and app publishers will discuss:
— Digital as the future of publishing
— Strategies for creating apps
— Costs associated with app creation
— How HTML5 are setting new standards over PDF-based apps
Attendees will also learn how to create HTML5-based apps with App Studio using either InDesign or QuarkXPress. App Studio is a cloud-based digital publishing solution that transforms print layouts into interactive, searchable, selectable apps for the iPhone, iPad, Kindle Fire, and Android devices.

- Afternoon Session: 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
