Cooking demonstrations and a cookbook signing from Spiaggia’s James Beard Award-winning chef and Taste America All-Star Tony Mantuano (Chicago) at 10am.

Plus, a second demonstration from A16/ A16 Rockridge’s chef Rocky Maselli, tastings, and fun for the whole family.
