Buena Vista Horace Mann K-8, right in the heart of the Mission, invites the community to its annual fall festival, Kermés!
We have four brand-new, special guests, in addition to all the carnival games, face painting, activities, teacher dunk tank, delicious homemade food, ice cream, and haunted house our community loves!
Aspira Futbol is leading a soccer clinic for our futbol-obsessed kids!
Local celebrity clown Unique Derique brings comedy, juggling, hambone and a workshop for the kids! Here’s a teaser: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVAiRJ1_w5A
Local celebrity muralist Sirron Norris – (the blue teddy bear guy – who designed the backgrounds for “Bob’s Burgers”!) – will be giving an art lesson! If you don’t know his name, you know his murals.
Project Commotion will lead the kids in movement activities that will be so cute you won’t be able to stand it.
Entry and entertainment are all FREE! Please come by and let your children run around screaming as you connect with other local families. The event is open to the public.
