The world of tech can sometimes seem like a He Man Woman Haters Club with women only making up a small percentage of the work force. The percentage of women of color is even lower. Join Kimberly Bryant, founder of Black Girls Code, as she speaks about encouraging young women of color to join the male heavy fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Black Girls Code is a non-profit after school and summer program that offers young girls of all colors the opportunity to be educated in these fields and change the tech world for the better.
