Emerging from a global health emergency, we all need extra tender loving care. There is nothing more rejuvenating than a sound journey!

At the Kind Frequency Journey we start the day with movement meditation by Dynamism Movement– activating energies stored in our bodies. Anyone regardless of skill or ability can participate in this practice, led by Benni Baker that incorporates Chi Gong, dance, solo, partner and group dynamic movement. Benni Baker is returns to the Bay Area from an 8-month voyage that brought him all the way to the jungles of Peru for plant medicines. He will share a movement practice that he has refined from working with hundreds of people and hundreds of hours in meditation.

An acoustic Sound Journey will follow, with soft rhythmic drumming, singing bowls, chimes, vocal harmonies, and soft guitar by Ronnie Ray. The combination of sounds relaxes the nervous system, and clears the head of negative thoughts. The kind frequencies washes over the body, embracing the spirit with sweet sounds.
