Stoneridge Shopping Center & Fabletics are partnering with Valley Humane Society on Sunday, September 8th for a Kitten Yoga & Pet Adoption Pop Up event.

Kitten Yoga will be held inside the Fabletics store at 9am and attendees must pre-register. There are only 25 available spots to downward-dog with a kitten.

Participants must bring their own yoga mat and we recommend wearing long pants and sleeves in case the kittens decide to jump in and adjust your pose.

The class is accessible for beginners and is meant to be a fun way to relax, stretch and get to know the kittens who will be up for adoption. The class is free, however, attendees are encouraged to make a donation to Valley Humane Society.

In addition to the Kitten Yoga class, a Pet Adoption Pop-up event will be held in Grand Court from 11am – 1pm and include Valley Humane Society and other local non-profit animal welfare organizations who will have both dogs and cats available for adoption. Ultimately, the goal of these two events are to find good homes for shelter animals and to raise awareness for animal welfare.
