LaborFest, an annual event in the month of July, was established in 1994 to institutionalize the history and culture of working people in an annual labor cultural, film and arts festival.
For 2011, it begins on July 2nd through the end of the month featuring over 70 lectures, workshops, tours and more events all centered around highlighting the struggles of the labor movement. Most events are free, with a few theater events and bike tours asking for payment.
