The Presidio Trust is presenting a series of talks, multimedia presentations, and performances at the historic Log Cabin. Inspired by the Presidio, its wildlife, and Presidio Habitats art, the Log Cabin Series hosts events on the second Thursday of each month.

The Secret Lives of Bay Area Plants

Experience a delightful evening of storytelling. San Francisco naturalist John Muir Laws will deliver an illustrated lecture about the lives of local native plants. Discover adaptations and mysteries that will deepen your appreciation of the flowering plants around you. Book signing follows.

The Story of Presidio Habitats

This final Log Cabin Series program features a behind the scenes look at this unprecedented site-based art exhibition. Learn about the Presidio Habitats journey from concept through completion from the people at the FOR-SITE Foundation.
