Lois Flood, solo dancer and founder of Diablo Dance Theater, performs dance and spoken word to celebrate the life and art of Isadora Duncan.

Isadora Duncan rejected rigid, traditional dance forms, and her innovative style paved the way for modern dance.

Flood will bring Duncan’s exquisite dances to life and share stories about the world-renowned icon who spent her formative years in Oakland.

Lois Flood has been performing the dances of Isadora Duncan for over 25 years. Her interpretations are widely recognized for their dynamic, expressive and dramatic qualities.
