“Through the Lens” Photo Walk & Exhibit | McLaren Park

Join photography experts and naturalists as they hike the trails of McLaren Park to capture images of its natural beauty and discover new perspectives and details within the park. You’ll learn techniques to help you take stunning photographs of the park.

If you take a winning shot, the organizers will make a nice print of it and show it around town. All skill levels and all ages welcome. You don’t need a fancy camera – a cell phone will do.

Saturday, May 4, 2013, 10am to noon:
“Morning Light”

Walk the breathtaking slopes of Eastern McLaren Park. Enjoy views of the Bay, San Bruno Mountain, green slopes of grass waving in the breeze, and find the only decent perspective of the Cow Palace to be had.

Meet at the parking lot at Mansell Street & Visitacion Ave. (MUNI #29 & 56)
