“Let’s Glow SF” 2026: SF’s Huge Holiday Projection Arts Fest (Opening Night Celebration)

Let’s Glow SF, the nation’s largest free holiday projection arts festival, is lighting up downtown San Francisco once again for its sixth and brightest year yet.

This all-ages, family-friendly festival runs for 10 dazzling nights from December 4-13, 2026. Experience breathtaking animated projections illuminating iconic buildings across downtown San Francisco, transforming them into colossal, colorful canvases featuring spectacular artwork by 19 artists from around the globe. It’s a larger-than-life holiday light show that turns the heart of the city into an open-air art gallery after dark.

• Friday, December 4: Countdown to Glow opening-night celebration, 6-7pm at Harry Bridges Plaza in front of the Ferry Building.
• Friday, December 4: Festival projections, 7-10pm.
• December 5-13: Nightly projections, 5:30-10pm.

Opening Night Celebration: Countdown to Glow

The festival kicks off Friday, December 4, 2026 with Countdown to Glow at Harry Bridges Plaza in front of the Ferry Building. The opening-night celebration runs from 6-7pm, followed by the official launch of the projections at 7pm. More details about live entertainment and other activities are expected to be announced closer to the event.
