A free community panel and conversation at Biketopia Annex in Emeryville, featuring women and LGBTQ+ bike mechanics and community bike shop leaders from around the Bay Area. The event includes both a panel and small group discussions focused on creating more inclusive spaces in bike mechanics. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

_All are welcome and encouraged to join us for a panel and conversation with Women and LGBTQ+ mechanics and community bike shop leaders from around the bay! From WTF nights at community shops to mechanics at big chain bike shops, from San Francisco to Richmond. This is a space for all of us to learn and share with each other. Hear the experiences of W LGBTQ+ mechanics. Find out where you can go to learn to wrench, and how to foster more inclusive environments in those spaces that are not led by us, and how to support those that are! The panel will share their experiences as mechanics and we will continue the conversation in small groups! There will be some snacks and refreshments too!
