Life & times of Bill Graham Exhibition Opening | Fillmore

The Bill Graham Memorial Foundation announces the upcoming photo exhibit Presenting: Bill Graham – a journey through the astonishing life and times of Bill Graham, rock ‘n’ roll’s greatest impresario.

The month-long free exhibit at the Lush Life Gallery at the Jazz Heritage Center in San Francisco will open to the public on Thursday, May 5.

In his own words the exhibition follows Bill from his childhood in war-torn Germany to a new life in New York City, his emergence as a concert promoter in psychedelic San Francisco, his enduring influence on the way rock music is still presented, and his life-long passion to bring about social change by raising money for an endless variety of good causes.
