Lifting the Veil

Join us as we honor those who came before, and fight for those still here. The evening features performances by artists Vanessa Sanchez, Bianca Mendoza, Javier Stell-Frésquez, Rising Rhythm, and Dance Brigade. Opening by Wakan Wiya Two Spirit Drum, live mural by Adrian Arias, and an installation by MMIW/P of California with words about the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women’s Movement by Marge Grow-Eppard.

Please note that this is a sacred time of year: a time of honoring life through remembering ancestor. In this spirit, please help keep everyone safe. Wear your mask. Physical distancing protocols will be enforced.
