Davide Battistin, a noted Venetian oil-painter, will spend the month of June in South Park, débuting his work on the West Coast and live-painting for the public. Specializing in portraits and scenes of Venice and the Venetian Lagoon, his work is a modern interpretation of an ancient city’s beauty.
Join us for the show opening and reception on June 12 from 6-9pm. Venetian appetizers will be in abundance.
Battistin will be “live painting” at Sugarcane Gallery from June 12 through July 7 on Wed. & Sat. 1-4pm and Thurs. 4-7pm, giving the public a rare opportunity to watch a painter at work. Watch, Browse, Commission a portrait for you, your family or business.
