“Seven Minutes of Terror“ is the video of the landing of the Mars rover, Curiosity, narrated by Adam Steltzner, which showed how the “sky crane” his team designed at JPL would have to perform an elaborate, impossible-seeming sequence to lower the huge rover to the planet’s surface from a hovering rocket guided totally by artificial intelligence.
