Medicare Part D Outreach Clinic & Free Health Screenings (SF)

Do you need help navigating Medicare Part D plan offerings to find the one that best meets your needs? Our Medicare Part D Health Clinics are here to help! Trained pharmacy students will work with you, under pharmacist supervision, to evaluate all of the available Part D plans and identify the one that will help most reduce your out-of-pocket prescription drug costs.

Attendees will be provided with a comprehensive review of all of their medications and have all of their medication-related questions answered. Pacific student pharmacists have identified >800 potentially severe medication-related issues among clinic attendees in the last several years, including severe drug-drug interactions and sub-optimal drug therapy that warranted physician follow-up.

If you would like to have your Part D plan reviewed and/or have a comprehensive evaluation of your medication, please call 415.742.1747 or email MedicareClinics@pacific.edu. No appointments are required for the health screenings and vaccines, however.

IMPORTANT: Beneficiaries attending the clinic should bring the following:
• Their red, white, and blue Medicare card
• All of their medications
