StarVista and San Mateo PAL Present: Mental Health Matters 2023 – A Community Wellness Fair and 5k Event

Join us as we take steps to strengthen the mental health and well-being of San Mateo County!
Mental Health Matters is a large community event that brings together all walks of life for a day filled with fun, learning, and wellness. Activities are aimed at supporting mental wellness while also providing education around mental health services in San Mateo County. This event is also a space for individuals to strengthen connections with each other and meet fellow mental health advocates in the community.
The wellness fair portion of Mental Health Matters 2023 gives attendees a chance to explore, learn, and practice mental health and wellness.
The wellness fair will take place from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm and feature a wide variety of activities for all ages and abilities.
Registration is complimentary and includes access to all self-care activities, yoga sessions, the community partners booth fair, snacks, and a free swag item!
The 5K Run/Walk portion of Mental Health Matters 2023 will take place along Seal Point Park.
Check in for the 5K begins at 9:00 am with a start time of 9:30 am.
Register as an Adult or youth/student and receive a finisher’s pin, event t-shirt, access to water stations, bib, and snacks. Your 5K ticket includes admission to all of the Wellness Fair activities.
