Clay Theatre is doing you a big favor. For two nights they will be showing the George Miller classic up on the big screen, where it belongs. You may have seen Miller’s most recent film Mad Max: Fury Road (and if you haven’t you should be ashamed of yourself!), but have you seen the original?
It’s a visceral experience of belching cars, crazy stunts and Mel Gibson pre-mental break down. It’s one of those films you just have to see before you die. Some say Citizen Cane, we say MAD MAX.
