Tools for mindful nourishment and lasting balance.
When stress strikes, food can feel like a quick fix, but it rarely gives us the nourishment we are truly craving. Join our neighbor, National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach Stacy Frankovitz, for an interactive workshop exploring the roots of emotional eating and four practical ways to calm your body and mind without reaching for comfort food.
Learn how stress and past habits shape your eating patterns, how to tell true hunger from emotional cravings, and how to respond with tools that keep you grounded and energized- just in time for the trials and temptations of the holiday season!
