Mindful Monday’s on Zoom w/ Mindful Skulls (Aubree)
All ages/levels/bodies Mindfulness practice for physical and emotional wellness/ somatic healing.
This class is designed to slow down, de stress, move and breathe in a way that feels supportive and helps regulate our nervous systems. Options and space to customize & be with the self.
What to expect:
*First 10-15 minutes will be for a mindful art activity/ creative expression (stream of consciousness writing/drawing OR follow a guided prompt) This will allow us to think, process and release. If you plan to participate, please have supplies ready. Paper/ pens/ colored markers/ stamps whatever you have.
* Guided Breath work/ meditation to regulate the mood and emotions
*Mindful movement (yoga) to move and breathe through any built up stress and tension in the body
*Rest and Restore-Conscious rest
