“MishiPot” Microhood Block Party: Free Drinks, Food, DJ & Art | Mission Creek

What’s a MishiPot? It’s The Bold Italic‘s next Microhood party and a celebration of all the great things happening in the pocket neighborhood from Mariposa to 21st streets between Harrison and Hampshire streets, otherwise known as Mission Gulch.

Free, but an RSVP is requested.

Expect great deals, free drinks, street food, a bike-in movie after party, and more than a few surprises.

Confirmed MishiPot partners include:

• Alite will have outdoor chairs for relaxin’, free cornhole games, a free beer keg (get there early), and special discounts on outdoor chairs, backpacks, sleeping bags, and other gear only for Mishipot peeps.
• Asiento is offering MishiPot guests $1 off beer, wine, well and specialty cocktails from 5-8 pm.
• Insymmatry will be providing a free chair massage.
• The NWBLK is showcasing CCA Thesis Art Show with complimentary snacks.
• Charles’ Chocolate will have delicious free samplings.
• Inner Mission will serve complimentary libations from SPICED, host a DJ, and showcase Andriod Jones’ curated art gallery.
• The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen will have a special that includes two grilled cheese sliders and a pint of craft beer for $10.
• Adventurous Sports will be offering free snowboard, freeboard, ski, and surf lessons.
• Coffee Bar will be hosting a Home Frys game night from 6-9 pm with neighborhood artists.
• Heath Ceramics will host a mini trunk show featuring artists Julia Turner and Mat Dick.
• NoisePop and The Bay Bridged will be hosting a Phono del Sol Lineup Announcement Party at Blowfish Sushi.

Mr. Nice Food Truck will be on hand, and if you want to keep partying, join The Bold Italic’s After Party Bike-in Movie screening of Fast Times at Ridgemont High at Mission Dispatch (this is $15).
All ages are welcome, but many activities are 21+.
