Mission Blue Butterfly Hike | San Bruno Mountain

Wild Equity is teaming up with San Bruno Mountain Watch to bring you along on a breathtaking hike high above the urban sprawl of San Francisco and to search for endangered butterflies – including the extraordinary Mission Blue – in one of the Peninsula’s most picturesque parks.

You’ll be exploring just part of this 2,750 acre park, where you will not only be privy to spectacular vistas of the city, but also to some of our most precious native San Francisco wildlife.

Meet at the San Bruno Mountain Watch office at 44 Visitacion in Brisbane (2nd floor) and then carpool to the trailhead together. Bring water, a hat, and sunscreen. This will be a moderately difficult hike.
