Freespace Pop-Up Community Center

Freespace is a pop-up community center focused on hacking the civic experience. It is hosted in a 14,000 sqft warehouse in S0Ma, San Francisco, envisioned and implemented entirely by you.

Freespace was originally just a one month project, but it was extended to two months thanks to successful Indiegogo campaign. They’re now open periodically (check their schedule). They host a wide array of events and projects like classes, music, art, silent discos, yoga, a free bikeshare, community engagement and field trips, and more than a few silly costumes.

Join a free modern dance class open to all movers and shakers on Monday, June 24, 2013.

Starting with free dance, class will then move from warm up exercises to movement games.

This class takes place in the movement room.
