Mommy and Me Hike (McLaren Park)

Ready for some fresh air and fun with your little one? Join us for this fun, therapeutic Mommy and Me Hike!

This hike is designed to offer perinatal mothers (mothers who are pregnant or have children under 3 years old) the chance to enjoy some exercise and spend time in nature, all while bringing their little one along for the ride and bonding with other moms.

This hike is led by our Wellness and Special Events Coordinator, Maxine Tatmon-Gilkerson, and Pia Odom, Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #150656.

Together, we’ll hike through McLaren Park. This is the perfect place for mothers, caretakers, children, and other family members to enjoy time in nature, get active, and make memories.

Please arrive 20 minutes early for COVID testing. Lunch will be provided.

Bring comfy shoes, your favorite snacks, and a big smile! We can’t wait to see you!
