“Mon Sing Noodle” 91st Anniversary + Noodle Tasting (Bayview Farmers Market)

In celebration of San Francisco Mon Sing Noodle Co.’s 91st Anniversary this year, Mon Sing Noodle Co. has organized a 3-part Shui Mein® Pop-Up Exhibit in Chinatown, Bayview, and SF Richmond District, featuring the history of the noodle shop in San Francisco, their family of noodle-makers, and a chance for attendees to taste San Francisco’s 91-year-old noodle, Shui Mein®, prepared by local chefs.  The exhibit highlights the heartwarming connection between the noodle-makers, the chefs, and the customers that enjoy their delicious noodles, bringing together communities and cultures.

Their second pop-up exhibit and neighborhood get-together is happening at the Bayview Farmers Market on September 7, 2023, starting at 3pm.  Come see the lion dancing procession and enjoy a community dish in collaboration with vendors at Bayview Farmers Market prepared by Chef Nicole with Hungry Cafe.

Their third pop-up exhibit will take place at the SF Richmond District Autumn Moon Festival on September 9, 2023, 11-3pm.

Each community event offers a different culinary experience, a collaboration with local artisans and small businesses.
