This introductory session offers a glimpse into the Body Mind Method, a unique, science-based approach that integrates movement and neuroplasticity to foster overall well-being. Participants will explore how movement can improve focus, memory, creativity, leadership, communication skills, and emotional balance. The class will include a combination of playful and mindful physical exercises, brain-body coordination activities, and reflective practices designed to enhance the connection between mind and body. By the end of the session, participants will have an understanding of how movement can be a powerful tool for mental, emotional, social, and physical health.

Dr. Yana Nakhimova is the founder of the Body Mind Method, a unique, science-based approach that integrates movement and neuroplasticity to enhance cognitive, emotional, social, and physical well-being. With a PhD in Social Sciences and extensive experience in behavioral health, Yana has successfully applied her method in diverse settings, including educational institutions and corporate wellness programs. Her holistic approach helps individuals improve focus, productivity, creativity, leadership, and emotional resilience through tailored movement practices.
